My School, a Totally Novel Place

I've always dived straight into jobs - I've sold alloy van racking, computers, even learnt to program them and worked as a programmer, I've been a travel guide, and finally a teacher in a secondary school.
As for my ultimate job, let me share you my "fantasy job":-
I dream of having the job of the principal of a new school. The owners give me full freedom to run the school. My first duty is to get the school ready. The buildings are airy and full of light. I give a lot of attention to toilets. library and recreation facilities. Next comes the task of selecting teachers. I require teachers who can love the children unconditionally. I believe that even the most naughty student would fall for a loving teacher. I try to impress on the teachers the value of a good teacher. I mix both youth and experience while choosing the teachers. After I select them I give them a lot of preparation. They have to know that teaching is not just a job but it is a vocation. It is the greatest profession and a good teacher creates a good society. Each teacher has to take personal care of a limited number of students. Punishments are to be given according to the crime and not according to the level of the teacher's anger. Thus we start the school.
