London is surely growing to be a very big city, and it seems that soon it will be unleashing new events and programs in the market to make the lives of the citizens of this area much easier. This is not all, there are also other developments from this area which are being witnessed such as the buildings and connections available, and this is a positive improvement so far. It is an indication that the United Kingdom state will be recognized worldwide for every bit of improvement that they have been making. A good example of what has been happening is the leadership coaching training that has developed from a small training center into a big company that is now opening up new forums for those who have made it to start working in these companies and help in transforming the lives of many. There is so much more to expect from the city of London, and you cannot to remain behind in all these news making headlines here in the heart of London. Our artificial pitch is surrounded by a housing estate. While it has a high wire fence around it, the ball can go over it when someone indulges in a wild shot, and then effectively the ball is lost as it's gone into any one of a dozen house's back gardens. Without knocking on each and every house, we just accept the ball is lost.
So we created a new rule - if anyone kicks the ball above head height, it's a free kick to the opposition. It's only fair - it keeps our "wild shot" temperament in check. We can't blame the surface either - it has regular artificial pitch maintenance. Since the new rule, we haven't lost a ball yet - although there's been plenty of free kicks!
I'm sure there's someone in the neighbourhood with a large collection of our lost balls, but they won't be getting any more! |

After college, I got a job immediately in one of the call centers in this country. I am currently working in the call center although in a higher rank now. In this call centre, everybody is first hired as a trainee, then after two months depending on one's performance, one is taken to a higher level. In this level, one will be doing the same work but the pay will go higher since they will no longer be trainees. Future promotion from this level will now depend on one's performance and flexibility. Once one is promoted, they are first taken through leadership training because higher ranks are all involved with management. The leadership course will equip you with the skills required to perform well in your new position. You may be put in charge of sales promoters, customer care representatives, or even a general manager like me. As the market continues to diversify, the type of leadership training offered changes too in order to suit the current market. Appointment to a higher position from this level will require specialized type of training in leadership. A degree in management is preferred. |
